Being media literate is important because it allows individual to access, critically evaluate, create and use media. Meanwhile, being information literate, the individuals have ability to recognize, evaluate, and use effectively the needed information.
Media and information is important. Media is a way to spread information that everyone is needed to know. Individual must be a media and information literate. Why must be? because nowadays many people uses media in a wrong way, they use media to spread fake news that some people thought its true. Some of them used media to bully and ashamed other people. That’s the reason why individual must be a literate one, because being literate know what is good and what is bad, they know their limits in uses media.
Use media in a right way and use information effectively. Be a responsible and know your limitation, because using to much is bad. Think before you click and understand before you react. Be a literate and be a role model and you will be a well-educated, spread facts and avoid fake. Be a literate and it will lead to our society growth well.
